What period features are affected? Once we know the details, we can then develop a brief that covers exactly what needs to be done. We’ll also provide you with sketch designs that show what your home will look like once the work is complete. If that works for you, we can then move on with the red tape and get that planning application in. We’ll also create detailed designs and drawings so that everybody on the project is singing off the same hymn sheet.

‘DO I HAVE TO HIRE THE BUILDING TEAM?’

Not at all. We can do it for you. And administer the contracts too. We can even supervise the project itself and become that single point of contact for you once the work has started. However collaborative you want the process to be, you can still expect a full restoration that’s in line with the pre-agreed conservation plan.
